How to Become a Sponsor?

Support our mission by sponsoring DEP2026! There are several benefits to sponsoring the conference, including:
  • Your company logo is on the DEP2026 title webpage. Additional company information is placed on this Sponsorship page.
  • Your company logo is included on all printed programs and displayed on presentation slides during conference breaks.
  • A representative can speak during a lunch or break (or a video can be played).
  • Printed materials or other items can be provided to attendees in their 'welcome' bag.
If you want to sponsor, contact a conference organizer. Checks will be made to the "University of Louisville Foundation" with "Mechanical Engineering" in the memo (this is because a University of Louisville account in the Mechanical Engineering department is responsible for handling funds for DEP2026). Further, your gift is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law (check with your accountants).
You can sponsor any aspect of the conference. Your gift could support meals and refreshments or it could be targetted specifically for student support including offsetting the cost of student registration and/or banquet ticket.
