Registration

Dielectrophoresis 2026 will be in person but there is an option to attend the conference virtually. Registration includes access to all sessions, breakfast, lunch, opening reception, and coffee breaks. Banquet tickets are an additional price cost.
Virtual Attendance will be via Microsoft Teams. Additional instructions will be emailed to virtual attendees closer to the conference date.
Registration is separate from abstract submission.
Accepted abstracts may get replaced in the program if the presenting author is not registered by May 27, 2026.

Accomodation

On-campus accomodations will be available to all attendees. Information and reservation information for those rooms will be posted here when it is avaiable, some time during the fall of 2025. One of the residence halls will be reserved for conference attendees at a rate of approximately $40-$50 per night. Preliminary information is available at this link. More details will be posted here as arrangements are made.
Accomodations with off-campus hotels are currently being negotiated. If hotel accomodations become available, that information will be posted here later.

Travel Information

University of Louisville: The University of Louisville is a metropolitan university, located less than 3 miles south of downtown Louisville.
Airport: The local airport is Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF). The airport is less than 5 miles to the University of Louisville campus and approximately 7 miles to downtown Louisville.
Local Transit: Public transport is not as established at Louisville compared to larger urban cities. It is recommended that you utilize ride-share (Uber, Lyft, etc.) for automobile transportation. Most of these rideshare trips will be less than a few miles.
Parking: Parking is available at the University of Louisville. Prices and details for on-campus parking will be posted here when that information becomes available.

We are happey to provide confirmation letters for registered attendants. Please get in touch with the conference organizers. We can provide original letters and/or digital letters; if applicable, plan for sufficient time for letters to reach your address from the United States.
